No, Children Under 16 years hunt free with a paid hunting parent.  There are no charge for non hunting guests,  but  proper paper work must be completed.

You may hunt  most anything in season.  We do not allow any deer hunting.  This year, we are requiring all hunters who want to hunt after 10/31 to contact us for confirmation of where and what they will be hunting. Sorry...Men we had to add this rule this year due to some problems that came up last year.  As always, there is "no checking in" for hunting during dove season.

ALL hunters, children, and non hunting guests must have the proper paperwork filled out and turned in before hunting.  This includes release of liability, and hunting lease agreement.

Yes, but you must use them on the edges of the fields.  No driving across fields.  Stay out of fields altogether on 4 wheelers and all other vehicles if they are muddy (Mud Picking up on tires)

You may hunt in any fields that is on the maps we provide.  That's why a tour of the lease is important for 1st time hunters.  We have 2 farming operations.  So you can hunt in the fields in the Van Alstyne area or Leonard area, or BOTH Places. 

The size of the fields varies greatly.  The smallest on is about 11 acres and the largest is over 600 acres.

No, up until 10/31/2011 You come and go anytime you wish.  Just make sure you always have your ID Tag when you are on the lease.

Yes we do, and also the game warden will patrol the area as well. 

Please call or eMail.  Tours are given on a 1st come basis on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the month of August.  We give two seperate tours.  One being for the Leonard Area and other the Van Alstyne/Howe area.  We start tours at 8:00 AM and end at 6:00 PM.  When you contact us for a tour, you need to have an idea on how many will be coming with you for the tour, so we won't overbook that slot.
